Looking for meaningful connections with other women in our parish community? Are you seeking to grow in your Catholic faith? You’re invited to join LIFT—where faith, friendship, and fellowship come together.
LIFT is a welcoming, multi-generational Bible study ministry for adult (18+) women of all ages and walks of life. Whether you're new to Scripture or have studied it for years, LIFT offers a space for encouragement, spiritual growth, and joyful connection with other women striving to walk closely with Christ.

WELCOME TO OUR 2026-2027 SESSION OF LIFT
We are excited to be transformed by the Gospel of Matthew for our 2026-2027 calendar year!
Small groups meet weekly with Lift Leaders and Co-Leaders for a guided study of scripture, with videosby Jeff Cavins and Sarah Christmyer, discussion and fellowship. LIFT will utilize Ascension Press Materials in this 24-week study. LIFT Leaders will conduct the first 12 weeks in the fall of 2026 (9/1-11/19/26) and finish the second 12 weeks in 2027 (1/5-3/18/2027), and the Gospel of Matthew will conclude the week after Easter 3/30 - 4/1/2027. The cost of Gospel study materials covers both the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027.

Tuesdays at 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Classrooms #1-4 south side of campus near parking lot)
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM– 8:30 PM (Zoom Meeting)
Thursdays at 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Classrooms #2 south side of campus near parking lot)
Thursdays at 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Classrooms #1-4 south side of campus near parking lot)
Join a group that fits your schedule—or let us help you find one. Life gets busy, make time for Jesus. Our Bible Study Groups are flexible, supportive, and LIFT Leaders are exceptionally adept at welcoming members.
LIFT Membership fee is an annual amount of $40 to cover the costs related to LIFT and our mission.
New this year: Gather with LIFT Sisters and fellow parishioners for the new LIFT First Friday Devotional after the 08:00 AM mass in the Church (9/4, 10/2, 11/6, 12/4, 1/8, 2/5, 3/5. 4/2, 5/7 and 6/4/2027). Our Heavenly Father hears our prayers, in community, in Church = POWERFUL!
In addition to studying the Bible, LIFT strives to build a culture of Christian Community—via social gatherings, faith-filled retreats, service opportunities, and special events that help everyone grow deeper in joy and purpose as we journey to our heavenly home and eternal bliss with Jesus Christ.
Our LIFT Spring 2027 Spiritual Retreat will be at the Christ Cathedral, Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange in Garden Grove on 5/1/2027.

HOW TO GET YOUR workBOOK
If you would like a physical copy of this year's workbook on Matthew, please make sure you indicate on your registration form that you would like a hard copy book and we will announce when they are available to purchase and pick up in the parish office. Books purchased through the parish are $34. If you would like to purchase your book individually and have it shipped directly to you from Ascension Press for a slightly higher price, you may do so here at any time.
If you would like to purchase a digital copy of the workbook, instead of or in addition to a physical copy, you may do so here for under $15.
Please note: books in our parish order are first come, first served. Once the books are gone, you will have to purchase your copy directly from Ascension.
OUR MISSION
Where women gather to love, support and empower one another on our faith journeys, where we deepen our relationship with God as father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit, where we strengthen and inform our shared Catholic faith, and where we connect with other joy filled women in the Parish, all while growing in wisdom and knowledge of the Word of God.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each year, LIFT hosts a full Bible study journey divided into four seasonal studies—fall, winter, spring, and summer. Each seasonal session explores a unique theme through weekly small group gatherings lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours. These gatherings include Scripture study, small group discussion, prayer, and reflection, all in a supportive, small-group setting.
Small Groups & Scheduling
You’ll join a small group that meets weekly during one of the designated meeting times (TBD). Each time slot offers multiple groups, and you can choose your preferred group or
be placed in one that fits your needs. If there’s enough interest, we’re happy to create new meeting times to accommodate more women—flexibility is important to us!
While regular attendance is encouraged to help build community and consistency, we understand that life happens. LIFT groups remain flexible and supportive, allowing you to stay connected even when your schedule changes.
Beyond Bible Study
Throughout the year, LIFT also offers social gatherings, retreats, and other special events—opportunities to deepen your faith and friendships in joy-filled ways outside of the regular study sessions.
We believe every woman has a place in LIFT. Come as you are, and grow with us in faith, hope, and love.
