Thank you for using our Room Request Form. All fields denoted with an asterisk (*) must be filled with valid answers in order for your form to be submitted.
Your request will be reviewed and posted depending room availability and parishioners requesting rooms.
Before you submit your request, make sure of the following items:
1) If you are requesting an event, seminar, workshop (where others will be invited to attend)…. Has Father Tim approved it? If not, please get his permission first by emailing him at: email@example.com. DO NOT attempt to schedule your event until you receive a response from him.
2) Double check to make sure the dates / times / rooms aren’t already reserved.
