In response to a shortage of local foster homes (roughly 1 in 4 Orange County foster children are placed with families in other areas), Corpus Christi formed a partnership with Beta Foster Care in 2007. Several parishioners have since opened their homes to foster children. If you’re also interested in participating, information can be found at www.betafostercare.org.
