Are you called to be a Lector?
This is an opportunity to join an important ministry to proclaim the Word and to strengthen your relationship with the Lord.
Lectors must have a strong, clear speaking voice and the ablitiy to read in front of the congregation.
As a Lector you will proclaim either the first or second reading and also lead the Prayers of the Faithful at Mass.
Attendance at a short training session is required and are conducted as needed.
Members must be confirmed and be a Catholic in good standing. It is Corpus Christ’s policy that Lectors are not involved in Eucharistic, Hospitality, or Music Ministry.
