Hands Across the County Annual Shoe Sponsorship Drive is November 3/4 & 10/11
Each year, the St. Joseph’s Foundation hosts a Christmas party for children who live in local Orange County “motels” for homeless families. At the party, the children enjoy games, activities and lunch. Employees from Big 5 Sporting Goods come to the celebration and measure each child’s feet and the return at the end of the party with a brand new pair of shoes for each child.
For years, we at Corpus Christi have provided the funding for the shoes. A shoe sponsorship of $20 will provide a new pair of shoes.
