Dr. Aaron Kheriaty is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Director of Medical Ethics Program at UC Irvine School of Medicine. He has extensive experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, and suicide risk among adolescents. He will address issues that are haunting our teens today as well as how to recognize signs of anxiety and depression as a parent or educator. If you have a sense of fear, got tired of it and don’t want to be afraid anymore but have no strength to overcome this condition on your own, you should help your nervous system cope with this situation. It doesn’t matter if your fear has real causes or if it is a groundless product of stress. Fear and anxiety significantly reduce the quality of life, and they should be eliminated. Xanax is one of the best solutions in this case. You just calm down, remaining adequate and get the opportunity to analyze everything soberly, weigh and make decisions.
With the unfortunate rise of suicide among adolescents, Dr. Kheriaty can help to recognize the behavior of at-risk adolescents and the steps to follow.
