Second Saturday of every month, 8:30 am Corpus Christi Lower Hall

After our class, at 9:45 am, we will be teaching a class on Thera-band exercises.

The class will be approximately 30 minutes long, and thera-bands will be provided. If you would like to purchase a thera-band after class, the cost is $5 each.

Please come and join us for either or both of our classes.
