When the credits roll after Mass, this team earns a nod for behind-the-scenes work. Members help prepare the church for all weekend services by meeting Saturday mornings to fold worship aids, set up hospitality tables, and place collection baskets around the altar. They also occasionally stuff flyers into parish bulletins, put up outdoor canopies for seasonal events, and place special-collections envelopes in the pews. Volunteers are scheduled to work various Saturdays.
