Prayer with Movement Classes (Prayer - Gentle Movement - Relaxation)

Share a 1-hour class with your faith family connecting mind, body, spirit.

Dress comfortably. Bring a mat & towel. Water will be provided.
Adults 21 years and older.

2nd Saturday of each month @ 8:30am in lower hall.

After our class, at 9:45 am Billy will be presenting a talk on stress.
The topics to be covered are:
1. What is stress?
2. What are the types of stress?
3. How do we deal with stress?
4. What does God say about stress?
